Chord Overstreet Residency - Show Three
LA based and Nashville-bred recording artist, Chord Overstreet, returns to Hotel Cafe for a four-show residency that will be his first live performances since 2019. Pulling his musical inspiration from iconic artists like Elvis Presley, Marvin Gaye, The Beach Boys, and The Police; Chord was raised around strong Country songcraft thanks to his GRAMMY award-winning father Paul (who penned hits like “When You Say Nothing At All,” “Forever and Ever, Amen,” and “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy.”)
Chord's now platinum hit, Hold On, has accumulated over 2.5 BILLION streams to date and is one of the most used sounds on TikTok. Chord worked with Hold On co-writer and producer, Ian Keaggy, on his recently released EP, Stone Man, that channels the same introspective storytelling and honest emotional lyrics that made Hold On a fan favorite. The EP's focus track, What's Left of You, was co-written by Emily Weisband (Selena Gomez, Camilla Cabello, Thomas Rhett) and Produced by Rob Grimaldi (BTS- Butter, Noah Cyrus). It tells the story of an imperfect relationship and how loving someone's imperfections is what love is all about.
Chord will be following the EP up with a pair of summer singles and shows in LA and Nashville.
