From Delaware to Los Angeles, David Duane is an unstoppable, fierce entertainer who is best known as a media personality with his show “On Air With David Duane”, and public relations & marketing brand Urban Fierce Group. Now making his official introduction as a musical artist with the long-awaited debut album Unapologetic Blonde, David Duane opens up about his life experiences with self-love, depression, anxiety, and relationships on the 22-track collection.

Duane’s first single from the album “Love Me Wrong” is a contemporary R&B/ Soul record inspired by the singer’s personal love relationship leading up to the current pandemic and how he found the strength in goodbye. The mid-tempo ballad was written by multi-platinum/2x Grammy Award winning songwriter & producer Rio Bridges and emerging R&B songstress Gabrielle Lynn with production by platinum selling artists and production duo Chris N Teeb.

“Sometimes in life, you meet people you fall in love with, and unfortunately, they don’t see the value in themselves, let alone you, so you have to be strong and end the relationships,” says Duane.

The 90s–00s-inspired single “Always Think About You,” produced by Mity Maose and written by Duane and co-collaborator Ariadini Kidonis, is about the positive side of a love relationship, reminiscing about great moments, and being honest that they’ll always have a special place in your heart forever.

With inspiration from the new possibilities, Duane wrote “Say You Love Me”, “If You”, and “On My Mind” with co-collaborator Ariadini Kidonis. “I haven’t felt this great and safe to be friends with a person in a while since last year. Even though I enjoy the single life, I’m also inspired to write about great and supportive energy”, says David Duane on all three records.

“On My Mind” was honestly the most recent written and recorded, and I just felt it gave me the same bright feeling as I got with “Always Think About You”. “I’m very excited about finally releasing this album. It’s been a long time coming but I thank God for allowing me to experience life more to sing these songs”, says Duane on excitement about the Unapologetic Blonde album.

The full project serves as a relatable work of art created to raise more questions than answers - setting up the ultimate tease for more music to come very soon. Now cementing himself as an artist in his own right, David Duane is proving with Unapologetic Blonde that he has arrived and is here to stay.
