Wrabel - Live at the Hotel Cafe

Wrabel is “One of pop’s unsung talents (Huffpost).” Named One to Watch by People Magazine in fall 2019, Wrabel is best known for his hit song “11 Blocks.” Wrabel has “made a name for himself as a songwriter behind some of your favorite stars (Paper Mag),” having written songs for artists such as Kesha (“Raising Hell,” “Resentment”), P!NK (“90 Days”), Backstreet Boys (“Don’t Go Breaking My Heart”), Celeste (“Strange”), Louis the Child (“Too Close,” “Better Not”), and Marshmello (“Ritual”). “In 2019 [Wrabel] went from behind-the-scenes player to pop star (People Magazine),” beginning the year by releasing his first live album, one nite only. Wrabel kept the momentum going in 2019 as the featured vocalist on new songs with P!NK (“90 Days,” which he also co-wrote/produced) and Louis the Child (“Too Close”). Rounding out the year, Wrabel was named Billboard Pride’s Artist of the Month ahead of the release of his new EP, one of those happy people, released on his own Big Gay Records and named one of Billboard Pride’s 20 Best LGBTQ Albums of 2019.

In February 2020, Wrabel premiered the lead single, “hurts like hell,” from his debut album on the Today Show. The song has been streamed over 10 million times, and was followed up with the Kesha assisted “since i was young” – which was covered by Pitchfork, Billboard, and Rolling Stone. 2020 has also seen Wrabel feature on tracks from Kesha (“Resentment,” “BFF”), Jai Wolf (“Moon Rider”), Cash Cash (“Mean It”), and Klingande (“Big Love”).

Wrabel’s debut album is expected in the first half of 2021. According to Billboard, “Wrabel is primed for a major breakthrough and you ought to be on board when he finally does.”
